What this article will cover
A full salary-calculator article on SAMPANN, the pension system the Department of Telecommunications runs under the branding “CPMS/ SAMPANN” on its Comprehensive Pension Management System portal, will cover the digital pension processing used for the pensioners of that Department, the electronic Pension Payment Order it generates, the direct credit of pension to the pensioner’s bank account, which stages of sanction, revision of pension, and grievance it actually carries, and how it sits alongside Bhavishya and the Central Pension Accounting Office channel for other central civil pensioners, with internal links to neighbouring topics on salary-calculator.in and a references section pointing to primary sources.
